Synopsis: For seventeen-year-old Janie, getting sucked into other people’s dreams is getting old. Especially the falling dreams, the naked-but-nobody-notices dreams, and the sex-crazed dreams. Janie’s seen enough fantasy booty to last her a lifetime.
She can’t tell anybody about what she does they’d never believe her, or worse, they’d think she’s a freak. So Janie lives on the fringe, cursed with an ability she doesn’t want and can’t control.
Then she falls into a gruesome nightmare, one that chills her to the bone. For the first time, Janie is more than a witness to someone else’s twisted psyche. She is a participant.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A friend recommended this book to me. She said that this was worth the read. Other than that, I didn’t know what to expect when I started to read it. This is one of the books that I didn’t read a synopsis on. I stayed up late last night reading the whole book.

The main character has a special gift and you see her experiences with the gift starting at a young age. When people around her are asleep, she blacks out and becomes a part of that dream. You see the main character struggle with this. You see the good dreams and the bad nightmares. This isn’t a typical hearts and butterflies in your stomach type of read. It has a girl and it has a boy, but the images that the author describes in certain situations makes this book a little more adult than other books in the YA genre.

Good read. Interesting. It’s definitely worth picking up the book.
